Ingredients Key

Used for medicinal purposes for many centuries in India in particular (1) , saffron is a spice with powerful active ingredients, now known and studied for their positive effect on anxiety and depression (2-4) . A study conducted on 60 new mothers showed that consuming 30 mg of saffron, a dosage similar to that of our Post-Partum product, could significantly reduce the score associated with depressive feelings.
Other studies, conducted in people with anxiety and depression, have shown that saffron has a positive impact in the management of anxiety and depression (3,6) .

Tryptophan is an essential amino acid and plays a role in the production of certain molecules such as serotonin, a hormone involved in mood regulation. The latter often goes hand in hand with dopamine, a hormone involved in pleasure, synthesized thanks to tyrosine.

The positive role of tryptophan in regulating emotional balance is supported by studies, which have shown that low tryptophan levels in healthy individuals could lead to deficits similar to those observed clinically in depression (1).

Thanks to its composition and its multiple medicinal properties, arugula is a natural active ingredient that helps stimulate the hair bulb, which promotes hair growth. Traditionally, it is used in Iranian traditional medicine for its benefits on hair loss.[1,2]

Biotin, also called Vitamin B8 or Vitamin B7 in many countries, is a water-soluble vitamin, which is therefore easily eliminated through urine.
It contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.

Biotin is a coenzyme that plays a key role in nutrient metabolism. It participates in particular in the synthesis of amino acids and proteins and in the production of fatty acids, essential for a healthy scalp.

Vitamin B8 deficiency leads to hair loss, split ends or brittle and weak nails.

The intestinal flora produces vitamin B8, but in insufficient quantities. We can therefore increase our biotin intake through diet (chicken liver, legumes, soya, eggs for example) or through appropriate supplementation.
