Ingredients Key

Used for medicinal purposes for many centuries in India in particular (1) , saffron is a spice with powerful active ingredients, now known and studied for their positive effect on anxiety and depression (2-4) . A study conducted on 60 new mothers showed that consuming 30 mg of saffron, a dosage similar to that of our Post-Partum product, could significantly reduce the score associated with depressive feelings.
Other studies, conducted in people with anxiety and depression, have shown that saffron has a positive impact in the management of anxiety and depression (3,6) .

Discovered in 1846 in casein, a protein present in cheese ("tyros" in Greek), L-tyrosine, or tyrosine, is a non-essential amino acid, meaning it can be synthesized by the body thanks to another amino acid, phenylalanine.

L-tyrosine allows neurotransmitters to boost brain functioning, particularly dopamine or serotonin, considered the hormones of happiness.

L-tyrosine can therefore be used as a mild antidepressant. It helps regulate mood, strengthen our mental and creative performance and cope with fatigue and stress.

Conversely, a deficiency in L-tyrosine can lead to mood disorders and even depression.

In food, L-tyrosine can be found in animal products such as cheese, milk of course but also in eggs, meat, fish and shellfish. In the event of a deficiency, supplementation with capsules will be more suitable and more effective.

Tryptophan is an essential amino acid and plays a role in the production of certain molecules such as serotonin, a hormone involved in mood regulation. The latter often goes hand in hand with dopamine, a hormone involved in pleasure, synthesized thanks to tyrosine.

The positive role of tryptophan in regulating emotional balance is supported by studies, which have shown that low tryptophan levels in healthy individuals could lead to deficits similar to those observed clinically in depression (1).

I was so apprehensive about this period (very complicated for my first daughter 10 years ago) that the bottle of "postpartum" supplements was the first thing I slipped into my maternity suitcase!
I gave birth a month and a half ago and it's going wonderfully (I'm supplementing with pregnancy + iron): I'm feeling great and not very tired. This should be prescribed to all expectant mothers!!

Very useful

I tried the postpartum treatment, a bit by chance, for 1 month. I renewed for the following month because I saw so many benefits: it alleviates fatigue, regulates moods! I highly recommend it!

ESSENTIAL !

I've been following this treatment for 4 months and looking back I don't know how I could have done without it!
Mood swings associated with the drop in hormones are significantly reduced, fatigue (even after very short nights) is completely eliminated.
It's a real boost, a must-have for postpartum. I recommend it to all my friends!

Very satisfied and impressed

I used this food supplement last summer after giving birth because I noticed a lot of fatigue, hair loss, and my emotional balance took a hit too.
I took a three-month course without much hope, I was pleasantly surprised by the results. In just one month I saw the difference emotionally speaking, the fatigue had completely disappeared and I felt in great shape again. What surprised me the most was my hair because for this supplement they don't really talk about hair but especially about emotional balance. And yet, my hair before the course was dry, brittle and fell out in masses (the size of my hand with each brushing and worse when shampooing), it was dull and brittle.
At the time of the treatment and after the treatment, my hair was beautiful, shiny and super long.
Before the treatment, they reached below my shoulders and well above my chest. After the treatment, they were several centimeters below my chest and I lost very little hair. This treatment even visibly made my baby hair grow. I recommend it.

Very satisfied

I took BOOME during my pregnancy and after
I feel good and I am serene to have made the natural choice and to know that my supplements respect me as well as my baby that I am breastfeeding.
I also took cocoa powder to anticipate the hair loss that I am still losing but in my opinion less than expected because the effects are also visible on the growth of my nails.
