Dosage & instructions for use

Multivitamines Périménopause: Take 3 capsules per day with a large glass of water during a meal.

Potion Beauté: Take one stick per day (3g). Dilute in the liquid of your choice (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, latte, matcha latte, plant-based milk, smoothie, etc.).
