Dry extract of tribulus fruit (Tribulus terrestris), coating agent: pullulan, dry extract of maca tuber (Lepidium meyenii), Ceylon cinnamon bark powder (Cinnamomum verum), plant mix of sea buckthorn fruit and seed powder (Hippophae rhamnoides) [sea buckthorn juice and oil], dry extract of schisandra berry (Schisandra chinensis), riboflavin (vitamin B2).

¹Tribulus may improve sexual libido. ²Maca helps maintain sexual activity. ³Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, including the vaginal mucosa. ⁴Tribulus has a calming effect on the nervous system. Vitamin B2 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to protecting cells against oxidative stress, and to reducing fatigue.

Dosage & instructions for use

Take 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water, preferably with a meal.

Tribulus

Used in Chinese medicine for its many virtues, tribulus is traditionally used as an aphrodisiac. [1,2] Scientific research has also shown that tribulus supplementation could improve desire and libido and act as an aphrodisiac. [3]

Another study, conducted in pre- and post-menopausal women, revealed that supplementation with 280 mg of tribulus (less than the dosage present in Libido Boost) could improve sexual desire and sexual function. [4]
