Baby Hair : Take 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water, preferably during a meal.

Beauty Potion: One stick per day (3g). To be diluted in the liquid of your choice (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, latte, matcha latte, plant-based milk, smoothie, etc.).

From what age can you start taking collagen supplements?

It is recommended to start taking collagen from the age of 25-30, when the natural production of collagen in the human body gradually decreases.

After the age of 25-30, taking collagen for the skin is beneficial at any age.

When do you see the effects of collagen?

You will observe significant effects on skin radiance and evenness of complexion after 8 weeks of treatment*, which is approximately 2 months of regular use.
