A few simple guidelines to get the most out of your course.
Good habits
- Take your capsules every day, ideally at the same time.
- Take them with a meal and a large glass of water (unless other usage instructions are available on the product sheet).
- If you forget a dose, simply resume the next day.
- Respect the recommended duration to allow the body time to absorb the micronutrients.
Duration changes everything
At Boome, we often talk about biological time. Fertility, hormonal balance, postpartum recovery, vitality, perimenopause, pregnancy... None of these things function in the short term.
Did you know, for example, that fertility is linked to the body’s rhythm? It takes about 90 days (3 months) for an oocyte to reach maturity.
A 3-month course is the minimum time necessary we recommend* to get familiar with our products and observe the benefits of our formulas, which are designed to be taken over time and to support the body’s natural cycles.
The body needs consistency, stability, and continuity.
