Our ingredients are sourced all over the world , all the ingredients necessary for our formulas not being grown in France. We work with producers in France, Europe, Africa, Asia and even America. Our partners respect an ethical charter throughout their production chain. We are constantly working on better sourcing of our ingredients in order to reduce our carbon footprint, but for the moment, it is impossible to obtain all our raw materials in France alone.

Nevertheless, our entire range is 100% natural and meets a very demanding quality charter. Our products are free of pesticide residues, without any sweeteners, sugar, GMOs or even nanoparticles. Our laboratory has a very rigorous commitment to the quality of its raw materials and has obtained FSSC 22000 certification (Food Service System Certification, an internationally recognized protocol for food safety).

We have developed healthy and effective formulas by selecting the best ingredients from nature. Our vitamins, minerals and nutrients come from biofermentation, fruits, plants and seaweed rigorously chosen for their purity and high concentration of active ingredients. If you place an order on weekdays before 10 a.m., it is sent the same day (yes, we have great logisticians). Otherwise, your package will be shipped within 24 hours after your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). For shipment to mainland France, the delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen: between 2 and 3 working days with Colissimo, 3 to 5 working days with Mondial Relay. For Europe, it will be 5 to 10 working days depending on the area (via Colissimo).

In metropolitan France, the price of standard home delivery by Colissimo is between 5.90 euros and 6.90 euros depending on the weight of your order. That of delivery to a collection point via Mondial Relay costs between 4.40 euros and 4.80 euros. You also have the Express Delivery option, at the price of 12.50 euros (any order placed before noon leaves on D-Day for delivery the next day). Delivery to a collection point is free from purchases of 100 euros in France. For Europe, the price of standard home delivery by Colissimo is between 8 euros and 18 euros depending on the destination and the weight of your order, and we offer you delivery from 200 euros of purchase in certain areas.

Most of our parcels can be delivered directly to your mailbox. In some cases, it happens that the postman gives it to your caretaker or one of your neighbors in your absence: we invite you to check with them if they have not recovered it. If you can't find it, write to hello@boomeparis.com and we'll find a solution :)

We accept the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return is your responsibility. The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must attach to your shipment: the product, the order number concerned by the return and your contact details. The return address is as follows: Boome chez GreenLog - 40 rue des Perrins - 49130 Les-Ponts-en-Cé.
