Originally from India, turmeric is one of the pillars of Ayurvedic medicine but is now used throughout the world. Its large orange rhizome constitutes the medicinal part. Turmeric is rich in benefits for the liver, notably thanks to its main active ingredient, curcumin.

Initially used to aid digestion, turmeric was known to stimulate the secretion and flow of bile.

Today we especially recognize its anti-inflammatory action and its ability to regulate bad cholesterol levels and blood sugar levels.

Among its many benefits, let us also note that turmeric is an excellent antioxidant and that it protects the intestinal mucosa from heavy toxins.

Cultivated throughout the world as a medicinal plant, milk thistle is a true protector of the liver. The medicinal part of the plant is the fruit called silymarin.

Silymarin will give milk thistle a powerful hepato-protective and cell regenerative power, in particular by strengthening the membrane of liver cells, to make them more hermetic to external attacks of toxins.

Milk thistle also acts against oxidative stress in your liver, and therefore has a particularly powerful antioxidant action.

Often considered a weed, the dandelion is nevertheless a very rich medicinal plant. For centuries, its purifying and detoxifying properties have been recognized.

Dandelion leaves, like its roots, offer many benefits, especially when combined. While the leaves act more like a diuretic, the roots stimulate the secretion of bile by the liver.

How to take my treatment?

Take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water, preferably during breakfast, away from other supplements.

When to take this treatment?

We ideally recommend taking Detox at least 3 months before becoming pregnant (this treatment is not compatible with pregnancy). Ideally, this treatment should be done alone, followed by Pregnancy and/or Baby Boost.

For how long ?

We recommend taking Detox for at least 1 month. For optimal results, Detox can be taken over 3 months, taking care to take a break (1 week break for each bottle finished).

We also encourage our clients to adapt their diet to support detox work.

On the maternity journey, if you have the pleasant surprise of being pregnant during your treatment, we recommend stopping Detox and switching to Pregnancy, a reference more suited to your new physiological state.
Excluding maternity, it is recommended to follow a Detox treatment in spring and fall to help the body better experience the change of season.

And the men?

Men can consume Détox, in order to relaunch their reproductive system on a healthier basis.

Precautions for use

Employment among people under anticoagulant treatment is not recommended due to turmeric, which can thin the blood.

Detox is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, who are invited to contact a health professional before any supplementation.

Detox is not recommended for all women who have a PMA protocol in progress (unless otherwise advised by your doctor) because its ingredients will have a particular impact on the liver, and therefore risk limiting the proper assimilation of the PMA protocol. Before a new protocol, or during breaks, Detox can be beneficial and help eliminate synthetic hormones. It is essential to validate any Detox intake by your healthcare professional.

J’ai commencé la cure détox à l’arrêt de ma pilule, et j’ai eu mes règles naturelles 3 semaines après. Je me sens également moins ballonnée, un meilleur sommeil et pas d’effet désagréable comme les boutons !
