Key Ingredients & Scientific Studies

Sourcing is our priority, formulation our expertise. Each ingredient has been selected for its quality and recognized nutritional role, based on numerous scientific studies (some active ingredients are patented). A clean formula, without superfluous ingredients or controversial additives.

Saffron

Used for millennia for its soothing properties, saffron is a spice with valuable active ingredients, now studied for their major role in emotional balance [1, 2].

A clinical study conducted on 60 new mothers showed that a 30 mg saffron supplement—the exact dosage of our Mood Boost formula—helps maintain a positive mood and promotes better emotional well-being during the postpartum period [3].

Other scientific studies confirm that saffron supports relaxation and helps restore serenity during periods of temporary emotional fragility [4-6].

L-Tryptophan

L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid, meaning that the body cannot synthesize it and must obtain it from food. In human metabolism, it is the biological precursor required for the synthesis of serotonin, a central neurotransmitter often studied for its role in mood regulation mechanisms [1,2]. It acts synergistically with dopamine.

Arugula

Thanks to its composition and numerous medicinal properties, arugula is a natural active ingredient that helps stimulate hair follicles, which promotes hair growth. Traditionally, it is used in Iranian traditional medicine for its benefits on hair. [1,2]

Biotin

Biotin, also known as vitamin B8 or vitamin B7 in many countries, is a water-soluble vitamin, which is therefore easily eliminated through urine.

It contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.

Biotin is a coenzyme that plays a key role in nutrient metabolism. It is involved in the synthesis of amino acids and proteins, and in the production of fatty acids, which are essential for a balanced scalp.

A deficiency in vitamin B8 can lead to less resistant hair fibers (hair loss, split ends) or brittle and fragile nails. One study showed that 38% of women assessed who complained of hair loss had a biotin deficiency. [1]

Biotin intake can be boosted through diet (poultry liver, legumes, soy, eggs, for example) or through appropriate supplementation.
