When should I stop taking Baby Boost? Baby Boost should be stopped at the first signs of pregnancy. It is not compatible with breastfeeding or pregnancy.

Cycle modification: The body may take some time to integrate new nutrients and return to its natural rhythm. Pro tip

“A baby project is prepared within a precise biological timeframe. Throughout our lives, female and male reproductive cells develop and renew according to a precise cycle that lasts several months. In this context, nutritional intake and the optimization of lifestyle are necessary over time. This approach is consistent with these biological cycles, which is part of serious nutritional preparation before a baby project.”

Key Ingredients & Scientific Studies

Sourcing is our priority, formulation our expertise. Each ingredient has been selected for its quality and recognized nutritional role, based on numerous scientific studies (some active ingredients are patented). A clean formula, without superfluous ingredients or controversial additives.

Myo-inositol

Myo-inositol is one of the isomers of inositol, an organic molecule found naturally in the body and in certain foods (citrus fruits, whole grains). [1,2]

Frequently studied in the field of reproductive physiology, myo-inositol acts as a messenger within cells. Numerous clinical studies have highlighted its benefits in supporting the menstrual cycle. [3,4] This molecule is particularly suitable for women with specific needs who are seeking targeted nutritional support.

Evening primrose

Evening primrose oil is extracted from a North American plant, originally used by Native Americans. [1,2] Its seeds contain polyunsaturated fatty acids, including omega-6s, linoleic acid, and gamma-linolenic acid. [3]

Recognized as a plant that supports women's well-being, evening primrose oil is traditionally valued for its emollient properties, which are particularly beneficial for the comfort of mucous membranes and the balance of natural secretions throughout the cycle.

Red clover

Red clover is an herbaceous plant used since ancient times, recognized for its nutritional benefits and its richness in minerals. It contains isoflavones, plant compounds called phytoestrogens, which have a natural affinity with female balance. Red clover is therefore traditionally used to support hormonal comfort and well-being throughout the cycle. [1]

What science says

How can oocyte quality be preserved?

Oocyte quality plays a central role in female fertility. It is influenced by the balance of sex hormones—estrogens and progesterone—which regulate the menstrual cycle and the functioning of the female reproductive system. While age remains the primary factor affecting oocyte quality, nutritional intake is among the factors studied in reproductive physiology. In this context, planning for a baby project is considered several months in advance, to ensure a coherent and progressive approach.

FAQs

When should you start our fertility vitamins?

We recommend taking Baby Boost alongside our Pregnancy Multivitamins for 3 continuous months, as soon as you start trying to conceive and if you wish to support your fertility (thanks to the zinc¹ present in our formula). The average time to conceive in France is 7 months. If you or your healthcare professional believe you need a boost to support your fertility¹, then Baby Boost is for you.

Also discover our article on male infertility.

How long should I take Baby Boost for?

Our Baby Boost treatment is a course of treatment that we recommend for 3 consecutive months.

Three months is the biological time it takes for an oocyte to mature. The quality of your oocytes takes several weeks to change (approximately 3 months).

We advise our clients to take a one-month break after a three-month course of treatment.

Who is Baby Boost not recommended for?

Baby Boost is not recommended for individuals with a personal or family history of breast cancer or hormone-dependent cancers (ovaries, uterus). This is due to the presence of red clover, which has an estrogenic action. Do not hesitate to consult your doctor.

If you are undergoing fertility treatment, seek your doctor's advice. Depending on your treatment plan, you may or may not be able to take Baby Boost.

Can I take my fertility vitamins at the same time as my prenatal vitamins?

Yes, it's even recommended! For better complementarity and a more complete course of treatment, we recommend taking our Multivitamines Grossesse and Baby Boost fertility vitamins at the same time. This duo, which you can find at a discounted price here with our Conception Pack, combines our two essentials to prepare your body for pregnancy. A targeted and complementary combination, designed to support fertility¹ and nutritional reserves, which are key in the preconception journey. Baby Boost supports fertility thanks to targeted micronutrients (zinc¹, myo-inositol). Multivitamines Grossesse are your basic nutritional foundation, supporting the body over time, from the moment you desire a child, thanks to selected active ingredients (choline, Quatrefolic® 5-MTHF, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin B12).

What is the difference between your Vitamin B9 and classic folic acid?

This is one of the key strengths of our formula. Conventional folic acid is a synthetic molecule that the body must convert in order to use it. However, a large portion of the population has difficulty carrying out this conversion. For Baby Boost, we’ve chosen a unique hybrid formula: it combines natural folates with Quatrefolic® (a pre-methylated form of B9). This synergy is designed to improve absorption by the body, including for women with an MTHFR gene mutation.

What are the essential nutrients in Baby Boost?

Baby Boost provides essential nutrients such as zinc and vitamin B9 (folic acid) in natural and 5-MTHF (methylated) forms, which play a key role in protecting cells against free radicals². Folates also contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the normal synthesis of amino acids.
These essential vitamins and minerals are selected to prepare the body for conception by supporting protein synthesis³ and the proper functioning of the immune system.

How can I tell when I'm fertile?

Several methods can be used, such as observing your cervical mucus, and tracking your basal body temperature, which is an excellent indicator of ovulation. Knowing how to identify the key phases of your cycle and understanding the hormones involved throughout it (luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone) is important.

What are the key hormones that regulate the menstrual cycle?

The proper functioning of the female cycle relies on a complex synergy between several chemical messengers. At the beginning of the cycle, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) is essential to stimulate the growth of ovarian follicles. Subsequently, it is the peak of luteinizing hormone (LH) that triggers ovulation and allows the release of the oocyte.

A precise balance between follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone is a sign of a healthy hormonal system.

What habits can complement the effectiveness of women's fertility vitamins?

Baby Boost is part of a comprehensive approach to pregnancy preparation. Certain well-known lifestyle habits can help prepare your body in the best possible conditions:

Nutritionally, prioritize foods rich in natural folates (leafy green vegetables, legumes), zinc (pumpkin seeds, cashews), and antioxidants (red berries, pomegranate), nutrients that contribute to female hormonal balance and cellular health.

Regular physical activity helps maintain a stable weight and supports hormonal balance. Brisk walking, yoga, swimming, or Pilates are particularly suitable during preconception.

Stress management is often underestimated: chronic stress can affect female hormones and disrupt the cycle. Practices such as yoga, meditation, or simply regular sleep can contribute to better hormonal balance.

Finally, limiting exposure to endocrine disruptors (certain plastics, cosmetics) and reducing alcohol and tobacco consumption are recognized favorable factors during preconception.

I have PCOS or endometriosis, can I take Baby Boost?

Our food supplements are not medical treatments and do not replace the management of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or endometriosis. If you are being treated for either of these conditions, we recommend that you speak to your gynecologist before starting any course of treatment.

That being said, we have many customers with these conditions who incorporate Baby Boost into their routine, with the agreement of their healthcare professional. Some active ingredients in our formula, such as myo-inositol, are the subject of scientific studies in the context of PCOS, but we invite you to discuss this with your doctor to assess what is appropriate for your personal situation.

Important note: Baby Boost is not recommended for individuals with a personal or family history of hormone-dependent cancers, due to the presence of red clover. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
