Ingredients Key

Sea buckthorn fruit is a natural source of omega-7, omegas present in our skin and mucous membranes, playing a significant role in hydrating the mucous membranes of the eyes, mouth and vagina. [1] One study found that 500 mg/day of sea buckthorn fruit and seed oil could help reduce vaginal problems such as intimate dryness, redness and vaginal itching. [2] Another study showed that supplementing with 1 g of sea buckthorn oil could significantly improve vaginal well-being at 2 months of the program. [3]

Used in Europe since the 13th century, cinnamon is a spice with many benefits. It is traditionally consumed for its carminative properties, but several scientific studies show that it plays a significant role in sexual desire (excitement, sexual satisfaction) and intimate comfort (intimate lubrication, pain). [4-7]

Used in Chinese medicine for its many virtues, tribulus is particularly used as an aphrodisiac and in cases of sexual dysfunction. [8,9] One study has also shown that supplementing with tribulus for 90 days could significantly improve desire, arousal, orgasm and sexual satisfaction in women with sexual dysfunction. [10]
Another study, conducted in pre- and post-menopausal women, found that supplementing with 280 mg of tribulus for 90 days (less than the dosage found in LibidoBoost) could improve desire, sexual arousal, lubrication, orgasm, and reduce pain. [11]

FAQs

Why don't I have a libido anymore?

Unlike in men, female sexual desire can be influenced by many factors, whether physiological (menstrual cycle, pregnancy, menopause), somatic (illnesses, surgery), sensory, psychological (depression, inhibition), endogenous (fantasies) or exogenous (context, emotional environment, interpersonal relationship).

In other words, a decrease in libido can be due to sex hormones but also to lifestyle in general (medical history, physical fatigue, relationship/family, daily life, etc.). Thus, contrary to what is often thought, thewomen's libidois not simply a story of hormones since it integrates other parameters that are essential to take into account to initiate the sexual act.
